3 Month Diploma Program
STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGEMENT and OPERATIONS
This 3-Month Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management and Operations Program was designed for international students who want to develop their careers in various marketing fields. The program is a professional marketing career training program and at the completion of the program, students will have basic marketing skills and techniques for entry- to junior- level marketing positions. Also they can have basic capabilities to develop and implement marketing strategies for their business.
Admission Requirements
-TOEFL - 530 (CBT:197, IBT:71)
-TOEIC- 700
- Placement Test - Level 7
Practicum:
A 1 month optional Business Practicum is available to students who fulfill course requirements and pass an interview.
Program Duration and Instructed Hours
- Three months full-time study
- 108 instructed hours for each month, including one major project
- Total 324 instructed hours including three marketing projects

Basic Marketing, Eleven Canadian Edition, Wong, Perreault, McCarthy, McGraw-Hill 2005 (Current Textbook we use) (We will not use “Canadian Business” for this course, as it is a general business text)
Program Structure
The program consists of three modules, each for one month (total 3 months). We can intake new students every month.
Module One:
Research your market (1st Month/108 hours)

Launch a promotion campaign (2nd Month/108 hours)

- Segmentation, Target and Positioning (STP) Strategy
- One marketing plan project
