* Upon arrival at the Cuernavaca Language School, the Spanish coordinator will inform you which textbooks will be required in your program. Some books will be lent. If necessary you will need to buy one or two books with an estimated cost of $25 USD each. |
Tuition fees are non-refundable. All fees must be paid in advance.
To assure that proper space is allocated to all students, the total payment of the amount due is divided into two steps.
Step 1
A deposit of 25% of the the total tuition fees is payable via PayPal at the time of registration. You may use your PayPal account or any major credit card to make the payment. Once we receive your deposit, we will book the seat in classes for the period of time specified by the student. We will also book appropriate accommodation, and notify the student once all arrangements are made.
Note: No deposit is required for the cost of accommodation if you stay with the Mexican family. The full cost of accommodation is paid in Step 2.
Step 2
The remaining 75% balance of the tuition + 100% cost of the accommodation is payable at the time of your in-person arrival at school and may be paid by:
- Traveler's checks payable in U.S. Dollars or Euros.
- Personal checks.
- Certified Bank Drafts.
- Cash in Mexican Pesos, U.S. Dollars, or Euros.
Note: Please add $35.00 U.S. Bank Fee per draft or per personal check. Separate checks or bank drafts are required: one for tuition and the other for accommodations. No additional fee is required when paying with Traveler's Checks. We regret we cannot accept credit cards at the location. ATM´s are available within Cuernavaca.
As a complimentary service, Cuernavaca Language School students can bring their laptops and use our current wireless Internet connection.
Class attendance is the responsibility of the student. There will be no partial refund of tuition for failure to attend classes for any reason, including illness, early withdrawal, and dismissal from the program or other emergencies. When unforeseen circumstances force a student to leave the program early, credit for the time remaining will be posted to the student's record for use at a later date.
